This distance will be for those competing by themselves and for those being assisted by their Parents.
Parental assistance is welcome! Those being assisted by their parents will not have age awards
Swim – 50 yards Indoor
Bike – Short Course
2 miles – Sidewalk/Path
Run – Short Course
0.7 Mile – out and back loop
